Bug 187488 – does portage counts correctly ? ;)

After the last emerge I got from portage:
...
 * IMPORTANT: 3 config files in '/etc' need updating.
 * See the CONFIGURATION FILES section of the emerge
 * man page to learn how to update config files.

but there were only 2 :

/etc/._cfg0000_etc-update.conf  /etc/etc-update.conf
/etc/._cfg0000_make.conf.example        /etc/make.conf.example

I tried to find the 3rd but w/o luck :
n22 / # find / -name '._cfg0000_*'
n22 / # etc-update
Scanning Configuration files...
Exiting: Nothing left to do; exiting. :)
n22 / # find /etc -name '._cfg0000_*'
n22 / # find / -name '._cfg0000_*'

Where was the 3rd mentioned file gone ?

Such as /etc/logrotate.d/elog-save-summary? Or whatever other file, hard to guess.

there is a valid bug here but it's solved in bug 187741
