Our public mirror is ftp://ftp.ussg.iu.edu  (hostname/reverse is
chuck.ucs.indiana.edu)  This is highly accessible especially from Internet2
nodes (most .edu addresses) via our 2 gbit link to Abilene NOC.

We would like to setup rsync access to start mirroring the source tree. 

This server is managed by the Unix Systems Support Group at Indiana University,
and I am currently the primary admin.

working on this.  some probs getting indiana.edu to sync w/ OSU.  May use ibiblio as a backup for now.

this was resolved a while back -- I just forgot to close the bug.
