Description Baptiste aka mRyOuNg 2007-07-29 15:18:47 UTC
Since sometimes, i have a problem with Nautilus.
Indeed, each time i try to access an SMB share (authenticated or not) nautilus crashs, pretending there's a problem with the CD/DVD Record Tool(?) ...
This problem only occurs on x86_64 arch ... i don't have any problem with x86...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Nautilus
2.Start browsing an SMB Share
3.Nautilus Crashs

Actual Results:
Nautilus just crashs, pretending there's a problem with "CD/DVD Record Tool" and starting "Bug Buddy"...

Expected Results:
Nautilus should have shown the contents of the SMB Share

Here's my emerge --info

$ emerge --info

Reopen with emerge -pv nautilus output and a backtrace attached.

This is a known bug for Gnome 2.16. Bug is (at least to my knowledge) fixed in Gnome 2.18. No one has backported the fixes for 2.16.
