ati-drivers 8.37.6-r1 produces if compiled with 2.6.22-r2 multiple Warnings.
(other Kernels too)

I added a patch and a patched Ebuild File, fixing this, sometime stupid warnings.

I dont know why the ati Development Department cant do this.

PS: i comment out the die for the paravirt check, because 2.6.22-rc2 dont export paravirt_fops GPL-only anymore... 
Perhaps the check can be removed, or limted to older kernels only.

Added the patch (EPATCH)
Workaround for the paravirt Check Abort.

This also fixes compiling issues with coming 2.6.23 kernel.

fixed, 8.433 is in the tree
