Full enabled mpeg4ip does not link in live server component.
It seems like that some libraries are not linked/asked for resource/functions?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set USE flags for media-video/mpeg4ip: a52 aac alsa arts esd ffmpeg ipv6 mmx nas x264 xvid id3 lame mp4live mpeg2 player v4l2
2. Let portage to emerge mpeg4ip
3.

Actual Results:  
Does not link the live server.

Expected Results:  
Live server is linked succesfully.

I beleive this is a dup of 188183.. which I've just patched in -r4..
