Bug 186159 – net-dns/ddclient init script doesn't work on baselayout-2

`/etc/init.d/ddclient start` fails with baselayout-2.0.0_alpha4.
The following attachment is a fixed init script that does work here.

Use ddclient.initd from bug #170708.

The Changelog should be referring to bug #170839 rather than 124333 (which is actually an attachment number).

Just noticed that rc-status reports the following for ddclient:
 ddclient                                   [  crashed  ]

using init script from bug #170708 as suggested by Paul Bredbury.
Actually ddclient is running perfectly fine, so rc-status is wrong here.

This will be fixed in our svn.

I've also fixed the ddclient init script too.
