As discussed at http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-569133.html
The ctype.h header file is not included, causing a build failure.  There is a patch available upstream for this, which I will attach here.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge libgdiplus-1.2.4
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Build fails, citing an implicit declaration of isspace

Expected Results:  
Build should finish cleanly, considering this is marked as stable.

Seems to be allready in tree in version 1.2.4.
