looks like someone else yanked it from the rsync pool.  leaving it open for now so we remember to check and see if it gets caught up.

Going to resolve this as 'CANTFIX' as we require input from the mirror administrator and haven't received a response in over six months.

We can evaluate adding this mirror back into the rsync rotation once it's properly caught up again. :)  Thanks to the mirror owner for providing its services in the past, we hope to have you back in the rotation in the future at some point!
