"Removing packages" section of the Developer Handbook doesn't say that the package should be p.masked 30 days before removal, that a bug should be filled, or anything from the treecleaners procedures.

Documents in /proj/ belong to those particular projects. Not the GDP's responsibility; reassigning.

Do treecleaner procedures need to be documented here?  I don't think so, but I'd like more input.

Looks like [1] took care of the details of removing a package.

This document lists the actions that an individual developer has to do in order to remove a package. Treecleaners has nothing to do with this and their actions are documented on the project webpage
