Description Patrizio Bassi 2007-06-09 13:03:56 UTC
amd64 has no 32bit qt4 version.

emul-linux-x86-qtlibs-20071114 has both qt:3 and qt:4. it's package.masked so use it at your own risk.
Comment 3 Patrizio Bassi 2007-11-14 18:35:16 UTC
any ETa for unmasking the whole 20071114 system?

When it's ready...

as usual :=)

sorry, stupid question, but sometimes there is a roadmap behind it

Why has this been closed? There's still no support for 32bit Qt4 on amd64.

Enabling it in app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-qtlibs-20080316 is quite trivial (see bug #200165, comment 3) and works great with Skype. I've been using this for months now.

Woohoo, this has finally been fixed. app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-qtlibs includes the Qt4 libs starting with version 20091226. Currently this version is still masked, but it works fine with skype for me.

Thanks to all who made that happen.
