the localization files in the URL should be installed by swt

Tried to look at it but seems the localization files are only for swt 3.2 while current is 3.3. Maybe I'm not searching enough so if you find them, tell me :)

Which localization files? Which ebuild is he talking about? Serkan won't be able to tell us since he retired. Closing this bug.
