This package along with the other oracle-instantclient-* packages used to be available for PPC however they are no longer available on the PPC platform. How can these packages be re-added to PPC.

They can be re-added if Oracle again provides their packages for the Linux/PPC Platform. For now I'll mark this bug as cantfix.
