the file /lib/rcscripts/net/iwconfig.sh in sys-apps/baselayout-1.12.10-r3 is missing a pair of quotes.  on line 381, it is currently
if ! eval iwconfig "${iface}" essid "${ESSID}" ; then
when it should be
if ! eval iwconfig "${iface}" essid "\"${ESSID}\"" ; then

It breaks when you attempt to connect to an AP with a space in it.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.find an AP with a space
2.try to connect
3.

Actual Results:  
iwconfig: unknown command "net"
 *   eth1 does not support setting ESSID to "subEtha net"


Expected Results:  
proper connection
