when I said stabilize I meant to say keyword instead and thunar-media-tags is on the list twice. sorry about that..
Clean list. Keyword latest version available. media-video/ffmpegthumbnailer ~arm ~alpha ~mips ~hppa ~ppc [1] xfce-extra/thunar-thumbnailers ~arm ~alpha ~mips ~hppa ~ppc [1] xfce-extra/thunar-archive ~arm ~alpha ~mips ~hppa ~ppc [2] xfce-extra/squeeze ~arm ~alpha ~mips ~hppa ~ppc [2] xfce-extra/xarchiver ~arm ~mips [2] xfce-extra/xfce4-cpu-freq ~arm ~alpha ~mips ~hppa [3] xfce-extra/xfce4-diskperf ~mips xfce-extra/xfce4-xfapplet ~mips xfce-extra/xfce4-mailwatch ~mips xfce-extra/xfce4-smartbookmark ~mips xfce-extra/verve ~mips xfce-extra/xfce4-places ~alpha ~mips xfce-extra/xfce4-eyes ~alpha ~mips xfce-extra/thunar-media-tags ~arm ~alpha ~mips ~hppa ~ppc xfce-extra/thunar-volman ~arm ~alpha ~mips ~hppa ~ppc xfce-base/xfce-extras ~arm ~alpha ~mips ~hppa ~ppc [1] Thunar thumbnails. "xfce-extra/thunar-thumbnailers" pulls in "media-video/ffmpegthumbnailer" using USE ffmpeg, which pulls in ">=media-video/ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20070330". If your arch doesn't support this version of ffmpeg, this can be package.use.masked. [2] Archive manager. "xfce-extra/thunar-archive" pulls in "xfce-extra/squeeze" OR "xfce-extra/xarchiver". Squeeze is known to be broken on Sparc, so if you find troubles with it look at "http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3162" if it matches your possible troubles. [3] "xfce-base/xfce4-extras" pulls in "xfce-extras/xfce4-cpu-freq" to control CPU Frequency Scaling which is mostly used on laptops and requires a kernel support. If your arch doesn't support this, USE "cpufreq" can be use.masked, ia64 and sparc allready does this. Thank you!
(In reply to comment #5) media-video/ffmpegthumbnailer ~hppa xfce-extra/thunar-thumbnailers ~hppa xfce-extra/thunar-archive ~hppa > xfce-extra/squeeze ~arm ~alpha ~mips ~hppa ~ppc [2] Compiled but segfaulted on archive extraction, more or less like sparc, so I just left it unkeyworded for now because hppa still has: xfce-extra/xarchiver (good to see the USE abuse finally being dropped) > xfce-extra/xfce4-cpu-freq ~arm ~alpha ~mips ~hppa [3] use.masked cpufreq for HPPA (quite boring after a while to always see the same frequency). xfce-extra/thunar-media-tags ~hppa xfce-extra/thunar-volman ~hppa xfce-base/xfce-extras ~hppa !!! I think I am done.
ppc done.... I think
xfce-extra/xfce4-time-out could also use some ~ love as it'll likely be included in future -extras.
~alpha done except thunar-volman.
doing arm but mips will have a new one sometime with a list if they want to play catch up ;) (this bug is a mess and missing half of packages..)
