Hi!

please find attached bluez-libs-3.9.ebuild. 

Bluez-libs are the libraries that will be used by the bluez-utils package to stabilise a bluetooth connection on Linux. This package will install the actual version. Further information you will find at www.bluez.org. 

It seems that this package doesn't depend anymore to bluez-sdp.

I noticed using the package, that you have to made a link in /usr/lib/libbluetooth.so.1 to /usr/lib/libbluetooth.so.2.5.0. If not the kdebluetooth-1.0-beta1 will not start.
