I'm using vserver-sources-2.3.0.9 with util-vserver-0.30.212-r2 on x86. vserver-copy (from util-vserver, version 0.4) didn't work because it use old-style config files. A new version from http://www.asgardr.info/~nebu/vserver/vserver-copy (version 0.8) works fine for me.

the url is just slightly changed

old: http://www.asgardr.info/~nebu/vserver/vserver-copy 
new: http://www.asgardr.info/~nebu/vservers/vserver-copy

the script from http://www.asgardr.info/~nebu/vservers/vserver-copy is up to date and working (at least for me)

it is nevertheless obsoleted by "vserver ... build -m rsync" which does the same thing
