dev-db/mysql-super-smack-1.3 installs gen-data into /usr/bin - the name "gen-data" does not have any reference to the project name, and with such a name is highly prone to collisions. Also it is not clear from the name what data it's actually generating and that doesn't sound good on a *nix system for stuff in default $PATH.

Just something to consider changing. I am of course cool with a WONTFIX or INVALID resolution.
