I bumped gnome-base/libgtop to version 2.14.8 and dropped x86-fbsd keyword:

This version compared to the previous one in portage (2.14.6) contains mostly only BSD related additions, changes and fixes. This includes a completely new backend for (k)FreeBSD (which I don't know if it affects us) and numerous changes to the existing libgtop bsd backend - some of which are noted to be from our own Roy Marples.

Due to not being able to test these extensive changes myself at all, I dropped the keyword to be safe. Please check this version and re-keyword.
I also removed the x86-fbsd conditional patch applying, as this seems to be already included in upstream 2.14.8 (probably thanks to UberLord as noted above).
