Description Jozef Maslik 2007-02-17 17:19:38 UTC
When you try compile gcc 4.1.2 with gcj for arm, compilation failed.

This problem is caused by patch 62_all_gcc4-noteGNUstack.patch and when I remove part for libffi/src/arm/sysv.S compilation pass correct (i'm not sure if correct)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.crossdev -t arm-softfloat-linux-gnu (create crosstool for arm... no problem)
2.USE="gcj" emerge cross-arm-softfloat-linux-gnu/gcc
Actual Results:
compilation error

gziped emerge buildlog (USE="gcj" emerge cross-arm-softfloat-linux-gnu/gcc)
Comment 3 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2007-02-17 17:41:11 UTC
ok, this is because the comment character on arm is @ ... so we need to use %progbits instead
