dev-ruby/fastthread installation requires '/bin/install' file. coreutils-6.7 has only '/usr/bin/install', so the procedure fails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install

Actual Results:  
installation failed

Expected Results:  
installation passed

A workaround is to manually add /bin/install link to /usr/bin/install
