PAM 0.99 doesn't have USE flag for pam_chroot anymore because RedHat patches are no longer included. Perhaps ebuild for this module can be added to sys-auth/? 

I use this module for jailed shell accounts. Openssh has chroot patch too (USE flag 'chroot'), but I belive that pam module is cleaner way.

Expected Results:  
pam_chroot included in pam ebuild or as separate package in sys-auth/.
