I translated the Installation Guide for PPC into German.  See file.

I tried to translate it new and don't copy'n'paste everything from the x86-guide.

(multipart...).  Maybe the MIME Type text/xml caused this?

Another version with correct utf-8 (without entities)

By suggestion of rajiv I changed the encoding, so that our Umlaute are now
shown as real utf-8 and through this entities.

As this version of the installation guide is quite old (and I'm the now responsible for the German translations) I change it to WONTFIX.

I hope I can soon translate the upcoming 1.4 installation guide.
