Description Paulo J. Matos 2007-02-01 15:08:29 UTC
In portage:
http://packages.gentoo.org/search/?sstring=rosegarden

There are four versions and two of them show up as 4.1.0, however, 4.1.0 is in reality 1.0, not 4.1.0. Problem is that rosegarden used to be called Rosegarden4 when 1.0 was shipped. Later they changed to Rosegarden only (dropping the 4) and shipped 1.2.4 and 1.4.0. Portage is interpreting rosegarden 4.1.0-r2 as the most recent version, however, it is not. So 4.1.0-r1 and 4.1.0-r2 should be renamed 1.0-r1 and 1.0-r2.

Yet, 1.4.0 should be marked stable, 1.0 (or 4.1.0 as it shows in portage) seems to have a bug with respect to the kernel clock (mentioned in rosegarden mailing list).

Reproducible: Always
