Bug 164324 – can't emerge QtParted with x11-libs/qt-embedded

There's no way to emerge QtParted using Qt Embedded instead of regular Qt.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge Qt Embedded with patch and eclass from Bug #164322.
2. Emerge QtParted.

Actual Results:  
QtParted installs Qt X11 and ignores Qt Embedded.

Expected Results:  
QtParted uses QtEmbedded.

A patch for the ebuild is attached.

The patch is reversed, unreadable (*please* use unified diffs), using nonexistent eclass and inheriting it conditionally in an illegal way.
