Mon Dec 25 2006 version 0.9994 released

	* improved doc on ODBC::Statement.*param*, ODBC::Parameter,
	  and related ODBCProc
	* added support for output/input-output parameters in queries,
	  methods ODBC::Statement.param_iotype/param_output_type/
	  param_output_size/param_output_value

ruby-odbc-0.9994.patch

Ebuild patch to 0.9994

ruby-odbc is dual licensed, I've changed the text files that get installed slightly, as it was installing its license files, and with use="unicode" it will also build and install odbc_utf8
