They do not seem to be directly available anywhere.
Ok, it seems upstream does not provide current versions under GPL any more so we would have to package epsgraphics from the bootchart sources for example. Probably best to wait if we will have something else needing epsgraphics too in the future.
Please keep this open for java but we can remove you from the bug.
We probably should be able to drop this in favor of app-benchmarks/bootchart2
