Added 0.7.3 to java-experimental. Didn't look yet at src_test() possibility and launchers for cmdline stuff - http://www.pdfbox.org/commandlineutilities/index.html
Some of their names (encrypt, decrypt) seem very generic to put to /usr/bin/ - afraid of collisions.

Couldn't do tests because they expect some pdf files that aren't present.
Created wrappers for everything, elog lists them.
Commited to tree.
