- WANT_AUTOCONF goes *before* inherit, not after
- WANT_AUTOMAKE is unset, set it to "none" if automake is not required for this to  compile
- once the above is done, >=sys-devel/autoconf-2.59-r4 can be dropped from DEPEND, also WANT_AUTOMAKE=2.5 can be dropped from src_unpack(), autotools.eclass takes care of this

Fixed correctly in apache-2.2.3-r2, thanks for reporting!
