Strange that this appear only in emerge and not in ebuild...

I thought there are defaults for this... I don't understand the point in forcing adding this to every ebuild... I thought it should be added only to exceptions.

Anyway, added:
WANT_AUTOMAKE='latest'
WANT_AUTOCONF='latest'
