When emerging a package with the ROOT env var set, the package in emerged into that directory, but if the ebuild calls enewuser and/or enewgroup, the user/group is added to /etc/passwd and /etc/group instead of ${ROOT}/etc/passwd and ${ROOT}/etc/group
