This is a followup to discussion in bug 158889.

Looks like nvidia is creating another "semi-legacy" driver branch here. Currently, nvidia-legacy-drivers are for cards upto GF2, now it seems GF3+GF4 supports ends with 1.0.9631 and 1.0.9746+ will be only for newer cards.

This means for (~arch currently) users with GF3+GF4 using nvidia-drivers, things will stop working after update.

So we could create another package (bah) or at least update the guides/warn on gwn to package.mask locally newer versions for users with gf3/4.
