The current stable pcmciautils gives error messages with sys-fs/udev-103 that is stable on arm, sh and x86. I just fixed this today in 014-r1 (bug 146948). So please consider marking this version stable before one month is up. Might be best to wait some days to see if bugs come up. amd64 and ppc probably want to wait the full month as you have an older udev stable but adding you so that you are aware that marking a newer udev stable should get a new pcmciautils at the same time.
Please also note that I don't have pcmcia hardware so I can't say anything about the quality of this version.

It had a problem of leaving some wrappers around so maybe gcc at some point installed a yacc binary. There really ins't anything we can do to remove a file that is not installed by a package. The users just have to know how to deal with.
I'm having Scott's issue with /usr/bin/yacc not belonging to any package too.

Anyone have a solution for this? Can we make the dependency bison or yacc?

I don't know what brought the symlink to your machines but from package management point of view it's kind of hard to deal with it when it does not belong to anything.

Good point. x86 stable, as it works also here. The yacc->bison symlink probably got there with some older bison version, as I could find it on all my systems, which are around for a longer time, while I didn't find it on a system installed three months ago.
Marked ppc stable. Un-CC'ing ARM and SH because they've already marked it stable.
amd64 stable
