I'm proposing a patch for x11-libs/libxklavier-3.0 because it causes a hang in the Gnome keyboard applet whenever multiple keyboard layouts are configured.

This patch was originally proposed by Sergey V. Udaltsov in comment #4 in the following Gnome Bugzilla thread...

The bug causes the Gnome keyboard applet to hang and then causes the Gnome panel to hang making Gnome nearly unusable (iow, it's a real pita for those of us switching between two keyboard layouts).

My proposed ebuild and patch will be posted shortly.
