Bug 158777 – mysql-5.1.14_beta unable to mysql_install_db without patch

Currently we are testing mysql-5.1.14_beta clustering with nbd nodes but in 
order to get into the testing phase one needs to apply a patch to prevent mysql 
from loading it's modules when it's bootstrapping itself in the mysql_install_db 
phase. This patch was found bugs.mysql.com and has not been applied to any 
branch upstream as of yet. This bug probably prevents installing >=mysql-5.1.13

Using the patch that will be attached shortly allowed us to get our cluster 
going.
