First off, this is not a bug - you chose to run ssh on a non-standard port, so you'll have to deal with nessus bogosities.  Second of all, and in regard to comment #1, "lol" does not a constructive bug comment make - if that's all you're going to say, consider persuing http://forums.gentoo.org instead.
