Stratagus real-time strategy engine has finally gone 2.2. This is also a dep for quite a few strategy games (e.g. games-strategy/bos-2.0)

I bumped it even though you'll need to use lua 5.0.  slotted lua is coming along soon and it's not really a regression anyhow.
