http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51565 has a patch attached that fixes the
dreaded "Kworldclock shows same time all over the planet" bug.

kworldclock is fixed in kde-3.1.1, marking this as fixed (won't backport 
those fixes to kde-3.1)
