Hi!

Please find attached fvwm-9999.ebuild which is a CVS ebuild for Fvwm.
It uses a modified version of the taviso's translucent patch because it didn't apply well, and it adds many other patches from http://abdn.ac.uk/~u15dm4/fvwm/ and http://starshine.org/xteddy/thomas/fvwm/patches.html that are put in a patchset tarball. Those patches can be disabled with the vanilla useflag, and a 3 others irreversible patches are activable with 3 others useflags, one for each one.
Also, it adds a iconv useflag for those who want iconv support without having nls support, and it adds a fvwm.desktop file in /usr/share/xsessions/

You might have better luck trying to get this into some overlay, live CVS ebuilds are strongly discouraged by our ebuild policy.

Yep, sorry Pierre but this is far too brittle for portage, you could submit it to an overlay maintainer or post it to the forums.
