Description Jesus Rivero (Neurogeek) 2006-11-06 21:42:00 UTC
x11-libs/vte- 0.14.0 and 0.12.2 fails to find freetype even when i unmerge freetype and gets resolved by vte deps themselves..

checking for freetype-config... /usr/bin/freetype-config
checking for FreeType - version >= 6.1.0... no

<snip>
./configure: line 25010: 11189 Segmentation fault      ./conftest$ac_exeext
</snip>

Well, configure did segfault, this has nothing to do w/ vte or freetype, looks like your system in not quite stable and sane.
Comment 5 Jesus Rivero (Neurogeek) 2006-11-07 10:43:28 UTC
indeed it does segfault. i missed that. Ill check again. Thanks
