Observations: 1. Resmgr is not currently installed due to bug: #131866 ( package.mask'ed) ( I removed it due to emerge saying "cant find package blah blah" etc )
2. libkscan should by rights ( i guess ) depend on resmgr yet it dosen't

Run revdep-rebuild.
Comment 2 Kent Fredric (IRC: kent\n) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-10-19 10:20:27 UTC
Ah yes, was a little more difficult to hand-track than usual, seeing sane-backends in which the dependancy originated, no longer had the reference to resmgr in its dependancy list ( I had done a dep tree but didn't see resmgr so I thought it some absent dependancy ).

Anybody else who happens to have this problem just remerge sane-backends.

Thanks Diego.
