Updated ebuild for xmame-0.62.2

ChangeLog:

Added support for Intel C Compiler
   (currently disabled due to a bug in icc)
Added support for Sparc,Alpha, and MIPS
   KEYWORDS="~x86 ~ppc ~alpha ~sparc ~mips"
   Sparc and Alpha are completely untested
   MIPS is building on my machine right now,
   and probably will be for at least another day.
Fixed a bug in gcc-2.95 detection
Added a whole lot of einfo statements to aid in debugging
Added BINDIR=/usr/bin to make install since the next version
   of xmame defaults to /usr/games
Fixed which docs are getting installed (references to files that aren't there)
Cleaned up some unneeded sed statements

TODO:
Need feedback on non-x86 support.
   Does it work?
   Does it break?
   How many pieces does it break into?
Need to add glide targets (xfx and svgafx)
   Lacking a voodoo based card, I can't do this
