There are some entries that don't show up in ufed as selectable: libg++ and ungif. My guess is that the flags in the list are taken from the /usr/portage/profiles/use.defs file. The "ungif" wasn't listed in this file, which would explain that. And my guess for "libg++" is that the regexp used for parsing the use.defs file didn't allow for "+" characters in the flag name. -- If you need more info, or help testing or analyzing, or just don't understand a word that I'm saying, please don't hesitate contact me. - xkr47 @ {freenode,ircnet,quakenet}
ungif is not a valid USE variable, if you found it in some ebuild it should be filed as a bug
ungif was mentioned in /etc/make.profile/use.defaults (listed in the "FILES" section of emerge's manpage) (I have the default-x86-1.4 profile) .. but then again, I'm not entirely sure of what it's purpose is..
ungif will be taken care of ... this bug report now concerns the inability of ufed to parse +
Created attachment 9993 [details, diff] ufed 0.2: doesnt handle libg++ => now it does :)
I don't know if I'll get to this by the end of the package upgrade phase on sunday, but it is in the todo list (I have finals shortly so that's my delay). Thanks for the patch
fixed in ufed 0.3 in unstable.
Closing bug properly.
