made an ebuild for mplayerplug-in a netscape plugin to allow playing of
streaming video

not sure the best place for it due to its nature

another mplayerplug-in ebuild

i wrote another ebuild for it today and was just about to submit it when i saw
this submission. it is a little different than the one submitted, just thought
it might be interesting because i did things a little differently.

please update it to the new 0.40 version and make it depend on mplayer rc4

copying ether ebuild over the new ver and changing the depend to rc4 should make it work

It still have some issues, but commited net-www/mplayerplug-in.  Thanks guys!
