Hi!

Please find attached ionice-0.1.ebuild and a patch which should avoid normal user setting higher ioprio than default and, last but not least, avoid ionice to start programs as root.

ionice - run a program with modified I/O scheduling priority
Currently works only with CFQ I/O scheduler.

I suggest sys-apps/ionice
