Basically you can't use cxxabi.h from "C" code.  Not that many people do this, but it should be fixed none the less.

well there isnt much we're going to do about it ... just wait until upstream fixes it ... so when they do, let us know

Fixed upstream, sounds like it'll be part of 4.1.2, and obviously mainline as well.

use a newer gcc ... if it isnt fixed, review upstream PR's
