- Don't restrict bugs without any reason. Just leave the checkboxes alone.

same problem here on amd64, c++ programs don't builds anymore after upgrading to gcc-4.1.1-r3, seems similar to :

error log file attached 
fixed by installing sys-devel/binutils-1.17 (which is ~amd64)
