Description Heiko Baums 2006-09-05 08:34:09 UTC
After updating gcc from gcc-3.4.6 to gcc-4.1.1-r1 app-text/docbook-sgml-utils-0.6.14 fails to compile during `emerge -e system` with this error message:

!!! If you need support, post the topmost build error, and the call stack if relevant.

I'd of course run `gcc-config i686-pc-linux-gnu-4.1.1` and `fix_libtool_files.sh 3.4.6` before.

Follow the GCC upgrade guide¹. Switching the compilers doesn't suffice on an ABI change.
