I'm not talented enough to make an ebuild. That's the case. We need someone to make the ebuild. So the thing is "requesting ebuild for wings2".

Here is a description:

Wings 2 is a 2D multiplayer network game. You fly small and agile ships in varied maps, choosing from a wide variety of different weapons and devices to use against your opponents. The game offers several game modes with different styles of play, and supports internet, LAN and splitscreen games.
