As the updated version has been out for some time and was not yet updated, I have updated the ebuild for the new version.

put it in /usr/local/portage/net-irc/scrollz/scrollz-1.98.1.ebuild and then ebuild digest.

Upstream site has been dead for quite some time now. Unable to download an actual tarball.

updated the ebuild for a more stable site.  Unfortunately the owner of ftp.scrollz.com has been asleep at the wheel.
