Description karl 2006-08-19 13:41:08 UTC
Minor BASH problem, when trying to log in at INIT 3 prompt:

1. Turn caps lock on
2. Enter login name and press enter
3. Turn off caps lock
4. Either enter real password, or just hit enter, either way, the login prompt or the bash promt will be messed up, sometimes you can see output, other times not, when output is visible it is in all caps, even if caps lock is off.

After playing with it for an hour or so, I couldnt find anything to make this a serious problem, however, it can be quite annoying, and could lead to further problems.
